Terms of Service
By engaging with Clientness, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
Clientness provides Meta Ads management services, including campaign setup, creatives guidance/production, testing, and optimization.
This is a service-based engagement focused on execution.
2. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate business and product information
Giving required access to ad accounts and assets
Maintaining sufficient ad spend budget
We do not operate without proper access or cooperation.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, or ROI.
We execute campaigns where outcomes are realistic based on your product, market, and budget.
If the product or offer is not viable, we may choose not to continue the engagement.
4. Payment Terms
The service is billed at ₹4,999/month unless otherwise stated
Payment must be made in advance to start or continue the service
Delayed payments may result in paused services
5. Ad Spend
Ad spend is not included in our fee and must be paid directly by the client to Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
6. Communication
Communication will be handled through agreed channels (e.g., WhatsApp).
We maintain direct and structured communication for clarity and speed.
7. Termination
Either party can discontinue the service at the end of the billing cycle.
No long-term contracts unless explicitly agreed.
