Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

Due to the nature of digital services, payments once made are non-refundable.

2. Work-Based Engagement

Once work has started (setup, campaign creation, optimization), no refunds will be issued.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

Service has not started

There is a clear failure from our side to deliver the agreed scope

4. Ad Spend

Ad spend is managed directly by the client and is non-refundable through us.
